Introduction

Details
The course runs from 9am to 5pm and is followed by drinks and nibbles.
Material Covered:
- Some knowledge of the basic theory and calculation
- Identify important aspects of acquisition (experimental design, resolution, artifacts, SNR, multicentre studies)
- Reconstructing diffusion MRI (i.e. DTI, QBALL, DSI, q-space etc)
- Biology and diffusion MRI (interpreting diffusion metrics)
- Tractography (algorithms and applications)
- Voxel-wise analysis (SPM, TBSS, PERVADE)
